Fritol is ideal for longer thermal processing of dishes at higher temperatures - such as pan-frying and deep-frying. The oil has a 2-times higher thermal stability compared to common sunflower oil.
You can use it in the fryer repeatedly without the risk of burning and change of the taste of the deep-fried food. Also for pan-frying - it can withstand higher temperatures compared to sunflower oil, it does not smoke and burn.
Food prepared using Fritol is juicy and preserves its taste.
